Laurie Interrogated

Oisdaat gets Laurie into the interview room, and tries to bribe Laurie into turning against the other Sodality girls.  Laurie does want to leave the Sodality, but only because she has other career ambitions and doesn't want too much affiliation with the Sodality to harm her chances.  To Jim's disappointment, Laurie has more bones to pick with SCALLOP than with the Sodality. 

As negotiations finally go nowhere, Laurie realizes she has a moral obligation to aid her friends in spite her disillusionment with being on the team.  Even so, Jim compliments her for remaining calm and reasonable even while Dolly proved accusative and belligerent.  Laurie realizes that Jim is playing "good cop" with her, while he played "bad cop" with Candi and Dolly.  She knows there's a reason for it, even if she can't quite ascertain that reason.
